Whitman Hanson Lacrosse

                      REGISTRATION                 

Registration Will Be Held During the First Three Weeks of January at the High School for U9, U11, U13, & U15. Click Here to download the registration form if you would like to bring the completed form with you or follow the instructions below to register online from your computer and SAVE Time & Money.

We have  not increased the cost for 2008 and our registration fee is $140 and this includes the required $25 US Lacrosse fee. Registrations after Jan 21st will also include a $25 late fee. If you register online, you will need to register with US Lacrosse first and pay the additional $25 fee (see instructions below). Although, we have not increased our fees, it is important to remember that we still need to raise money to support our program and players.

ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Registration online is easy and secure. You can avoid the lines and register from home or work at you convenience.

STEP 1- Register with US Lacrosse first ($25). If you have registered before you will be able to find your information in the US Lacrosse database. After you register and pay, print out a copy of your form and write down your membership number for use during registration with Whitman Hanson Lacrosse. Register with US Lacrosse now!

STEP 2- Register with Whitman Hanson Lacrosse at a discounted rate of $100. You will need to include your current US Lacrosse number as part of the process. Register for Whitman Hanson Lacrosse now!

**IMPORTANT - A CURRENT US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP NUMBER FOR EACH PLAYER IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO REGISTERING WITH Whitman Hanson Lacrosse.

ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION- Registration with US Lacrosse is required by the Mass Bay Youth Lacrosse League (MBYLL) and covers insurance, local chapter dues, and a subscription to Lacrosse magazine. Players whose membership has expired will not be allowed to participate in practice or in games (for insurance purposes) until the membership is renewed.

 LATE FEES- Registration from January 1 -18 is $140 for the first child, $125 for the 2'nd child and $100 for additional.  Late registration fees will include a $25 late fee.  Note: In addition to online registration, we will holding 3-4 Registration Nights this year at the High School and all registrations will be on a first come first serve basis.
